Exacta Quasar
Exacta Quasar is a completely innovative machine. The function of the point dial points-holder is performed by a ribbon in horizontal position.
Compared to the other linking machines, the Quasar has got a tested system for the feeding and for the automatic insertion of the trim.
The insertion of the trim is done through guides, specially designed and made with extreme care to solve the problems of medium-fine knitwear.
The guides are available from 12 mm to 90 mm trim width.
The trim appears to have a simile linked quality on the right side, while on the reverse side it is linked.
The ribs always remain parallel, as the transport of the trim is made by two rollers in synchronized movement.
Furthermore, thanks to an innovative device to apply on Quasar, it is also possible to perfectly imitate tubular and Y-trims linking.

Exacta Maxi – hooked needle linking machine
The Exacta Maxi linking machine has got a bigger point dial, a comfortable central arm that gives an easier maneuverability, better performances and an innovative design.
Thanks to our new patent, a greater elasticity of the chain stitch has been achieved, therefore eliminating any possible claim on the finished garment.
The stand can be:
Standard: with foot controls, one button for starting and stopping the linking machine, and another one to double the speed.
Electronic: in addition to the advantages of the standard stand, it offers the electronic control of the motor speed for gradual variations.

Linking machine Exacta Ultravision
Exacta Ultravision – linking machine with internal needle
The Exacta Ultravision linking machine has got an eye needle inside the point dial and a traditional looper.
The knitwork is linked from the reverse side.
Available in a range of gauges from 3 to 30.
The stand can be:
Standard: with foot controls, one button for starting and stopping the linking machine, and another one to double the speed.
Electronic: in addition to the advantages of the standard stand, it offers a three-phase motor controlled by a frequency converter for gradual variations of speed.
Single thread chain stitch: on request, the machine can be supplied as well with a device which allows a quick change from single to double chain stitch.
Both the single and the double thread chain stitches will come out to be very elastic and regular.

Exacta Vision - linking machine with external needle
The Exacta Vision linking machine has got an eye needle outside the point dial and a traditional looper. The knitwork is linked from the right side.
The machine allows obtaining very elastic chain stiches.
Available in a wide range of gauges from 2 ½ to 18.
The stand can be:
Standard: with foot controls, one button for starting and stopping the linking machine, and another one to double the speed.
Electronic: in addition to the advantages of the standard stand, it offers the electronic control of the motor speed for gradual variations.
Single thread chain stitch: on request, the machine can be supplied as well with a device which allows a quick change from single to double chain stitch.
