Exacta Ultravision – linking machine with internal needle
The Exacta Ultravision linking machine has got an eye needle inside the point dial and a traditional looper.
The knitwork is linked from the reverse side.
Available in a range of gauges from 3 to 30.
The stand can be:
Standard: with foot controls, one button for starting and stopping the linking machine, and another one to double the speed.
Electronic: in addition to the advantages of the standard stand, it offers a three-phase motor controlled by a frequency converter for gradual variations of speed.
Single thread chain stitch: on request, the machine can be supplied as well with a device which allows a quick change from single to double chain stitch.
Both the single and the double thread chain stitches will come out to be very elastic and regular.

Straight eye needle inside the point dial.
Curved looper with completely independent horizontal and vertical movements.Single thread chain stitch or, on request, special device for a quick change from single to double chain stitch, with axial traverse of cam block.
1+2 threads quick change from single to double chain stitch.
Point dial in continuous motion on roller bearings, ø 408 mm (= approx. 16").
Tilted upwards points to facilitate the linking operation.
Point dial disengagement: lever device placed under the tub.
“Matic” device, for the automatic engagement of the point dial when the machine is turned on.
The lateral arm, placed below the machine head, leaves the plate completely free, hence turning it into a working and support surface.
Measuring ring: with several pointers sliding in both directions.
Garment holder: in plastic material.
Thread tightener with caps opening synchronized with the point dial disengagement control.
Speed: 700 r.p.m. max., according to the different gauges.
