Exacta Maxi – hooked needle linking machine
The Exacta Maxi linking machine has got a bigger point dial, a comfortable central arm that gives an easier maneuverability, better performances and an innovative design.
Thanks to our new patent, a greater elasticity of the chain stitch has been achieved, therefore eliminating any possible claim on the finished garment.
The stand can be:
Standard: with foot controls, one button for starting and stopping the linking machine, and another one to double the speed.
Electronic: in addition to the advantages of the standard stand, it offers the electronic control of the motor speed for gradual variations.
Technical Specifications
Hooked needle outside the point dial.
Thread feeder inside the tub.
Simple chain stitch to achieve maximum elasticity (1994 patent).
Point dial in continuous motion on roller bearings, big diameter, ø 460 mm (= approx. 18").
Stainless steel tilted upwards points to facilitate the linking operation.
Point dial disengagement in a comfortable position.
“Matic” device, for the automatic engagement of the point dial when the machine is turned on.
Very compact arm placed on the plate, leaving a wide visibility while the machine is in operation.
Measuring ring with several pointers sliding in both directions.
Garment holder in transparent plastic material.
Tension device with caps opening synchronized with the point dial disengagement control.
Speed 1400 r.p.m. max and depending on the gauge.
